Visited Quarry Bank Mill with my Daughter in Law and my 4 year old grandson. It was lovely sunny day. Great place to visit with children. Lovely walks in the gardens and round the estate. A fine cafe where you can get a meal, sandwiches or cakes and coffee etc. There's the Apprentice House where small children lived and were schooled.
